Dr. Gabby Pagana, DVM, MPH, CVA, CVFT

Founder of Peace Love Vet (Established 2023)

Dr. Gabby Pagana is a veterinarian practicing integrative medicine, dedicated to offering a holistic approach to pet care. Passionate about healing from the inside out, she combines both Western and Eastern medicine to provide her patients with comprehensive, individualized care. After witnessing how conventional veterinary practices often provide temporary solutions that don’t address the root cause of health issues, Dr. Gabby decided to forge a new path, blending modern science with ancient healing traditions to truly heal animals and improve their quality of life.

Holistic Services Offered

Dr. Gabby’s primary services include acupuncture, herbal therapy, and food therapy—each chosen for their ability to support natural healing processes and restore balance within the body. These treatments are designed to address the whole animal, not just their symptoms, with each plan specifically crafted to meet your pet’s unique needs.

Education & Training

Dr. Gabby went to Penn State University for undergrad studying animal science and agriculture. S earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine with a dual Master’s in Public Health from Western University of Health Sciences in California and University of Minnesota. She then pursued further specialization by earning certifications in Veterinary Acupuncture and Food Therapy through the prestigious Chi University in Florida, which is renowned for its Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) programs. By blending both Western and Eastern methods, Dr. Gabby ensures an open-minded, holistic approach to healing for every patient, tailoring treatments to achieve the best outcomes.

Energy Healing & Holistic Practices

In addition to her formal medical training, Dr. Gabby has received special training in energy healing, which allows her to connect deeply with her patients’ emotional and physical states. This practice helps her understand and support the underlying energetic imbalances that may contribute to health issues. Many of her healing sessions integrate meditative techniques, chakra balancing, crystals, and essential oils to encourage overall well-being and holistic healing.

Other Niche Services

Dr. Gabby is trained in pet dentistry and looks forward to offering this specialized service in the Central PA region soon. She also has a deep passion for end-of-life care and geriatric support, offering compassionate options to help pets transition peacefully. About Dr. Gabby Pagana: A Little More About Me

Outside of my work as a veterinarian, I am committed to creating a healthy work-life balance that allows me to be present for the people and animals I love. I live in Selinsgrove, where I share a cozy farmette with my wonderful husband Jeremy, our sweet baby boy Ronan, and a variety of animals that are all part of our daily lives. Our little farm is home to many creatures—each of them an important part of the family.

My husband Jeremy is a coach for the Bucknell Men’s Soccer Team, and together we enjoy spending time with our large, close-knit family. Whether it’s hosting gatherings or traveling when we can, we love exploring new places and making lasting memories. Yoga, mindful activities, and spending time outdoors are key parts of my personal life that help me stay grounded and recharge. These practices also inform my work, as I believe in taking a holistic approach to well-being in every aspect of life—whether it’s for my patients or myself.
