Anxiety & Behavioral Therapy (Initial)

Service Description

An initial assessment will be made on your pet (& commonly yourself because we tend to exude our issues onto our pets), including integrative consult & an exam in-person, which involves discussing supplements, medications, at-home adjustments, exercise, etc to help with the mental health concern at play. Then we will transition into a healing session involving acupuncture, an energy reading, healing and grounding portion, sound bath with crystal singing bowl and chakra alignment, crystal and essential oil therapy and calming massage. I will teach you a few massage techniques to take back into the home, and we can discuss long term plan for repeat sessions. Essential oils, herbals, etc may be available for purchase after the session. Dr. Gabby is trained in energy reading and healing, which if you are unfamiliar is somewhat relatable to reiki. Other than the consult portion, this visit involves less chatting so come grounded and ready for you and your pet to leave with a zen mind and spirit.
