Service Area and Pricing (Weekdays, 9 AM – 5 PM):

Travel within 15 miles of either Selinsgrove or Lewisburg, PA depending on Dr. Gabby's location prior to appointment: $375 base price (weight additions below)

Travel 15–25 miles: $400

Travel >25 miles: Please contact us to confirm availability and additional pricing. On a case-by-case basis.

Office Euthanasia at PLV: Starting at $250 (prices may vary depending on day, time and pet weight)

Pets Weighing 20-40lbs: Add $25

Pets Weighing 41-60lbs: Add $50

Pets Weighing 61-90: Add $75

Pets Weighing 90-110lbs: Add $100

Pets Weighing 100-125+: Add $125 or more

After-hours or weekend visits (only if available): Add $75

Booking & Payment
After you submit the contact form, a single detailed email will be sent to you regarding scheduling, payment information, including an e-consent form. Once your appointment is scheduled and the form is filled out, you will receive an invoice/estimate and confirmation email for booking (and a 24hr email reminder). Please do not ask how much it will cost, look above. We receive hundreds of emails often with just inquiries, which take a lot of time and effort. A booking fee of $25 is incorporated into the costs above.
Online payment is due prior to the appointment to avoid dealing with finances during such an emotional time. If you're unsure whether your pet will make it to the appointment date, please wait to pay until closer to the scheduled time to avoid refunds or cancellation fees.

Important Notes:

Services will not be provided until pre-payment is received or a form of payment has been communicated. I promise this is not a scam, I am a real person with a good heart.

A 3% processing fee will be added to payments made via the invoice link (for card payments only).

If paying with cash or check, subtract the card processing fee from the invoice/estimate.

Refunds will not be made if dissatisfied with services (i.e. your pet handles sedation poorly, has a seizure, or takes multiple injections to pass), although this has never happened to date.

Cancellation Policy

If the appointment is canceled because you are not ready, the payment will be credited toward a future appointment. No refunds will be issued in this case, and we will proceed with rescheduling.

If your pet passes before the appointment, a partial refund will be provided, minus the 3% processing fee for card payments and a $25 booking fee for my time.

If you cancel all together without notice a $100 or more inconvenience fee will be charged. This is because I could have helped other pets and have a very limited schedule. Please be mindful of this.
